"Great for Cute Going-Out Looks"
I love browsing Revolve when I need something cute for a night out or a vacation. They always have a really good selection of stylish pieces, and I usually end up finding something I like. It can be a little pricey, but I’d still recommend checking it out if you’re looking for fun outfits.

"My order got canceled and I’m still confused!!"
My order was canceled out of nowhere, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t really get any clear answers. They just gave me vague responses and didn’t do much to actually help!! Frustrating experience overall

"Ordered two dresses from Revolve and…"
Ordered two dresses from revolve and, shockingly, both fit pretty much how the size chart said they would. What a concept. One was a little tighter in the bust than expected, but not enough for me to go through the whole return circus. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d give it 5 stars if the fit notes had a bit more detail, because apparently ‘true to size’ can still mean ‘good luck.’

"Fabric info is actually easy to spot"
I’ll admit, REVOLVE does a good job showing the material details clearly. I usually hate having to dig around for fabric info, but it’s right there and makes choosing clothes a lot less of a guessing game

I did like that PayPal was an option, and checking out was quick and easy. That part went smoothly. I just felt a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much attention or help.

"Super Easy Return, Honestly Impressed"
I ended up returning a dress because the fit was just not it, and my first reaction was, “Ugh, here we go,” since it was my first order from Revolve. But the return label was really easy to find and print, I dropped it off with the carrier, and my refund came through fast. No chasing customer service, no random delays. Way smoother than I expected, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Dress looked just like photos"
I ordered a dress from Revolve and it was pretty much same as the photos. The color, fit, and fabric all felt accurate, and there wasn’t a weird surprise when it arrived. It makes the online shopping feel a lot less stressful. I’m happy with it

"Delivery has been dependable overall"
I’ve ordered from Revolve a few times now, and for the most part, the delivery has been reliable. The carrier usually gets everything to me on time, which I definitely appreciate. One package did show up a day later than expected, but the tracking updates were clear the whole time, so it wasn’t really a problem. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

"Easy checkout and no stock surprises"
I really liked that REVOLVE actually showed what was available, like, in real time. I found my size in a dress I’d been wanting, and the checkout was super easy. It was just nice because, you know, I didn’t get hit with that annoying out-of-stock surprise at the last second, which happens way too often on other sites.

"Pretty quick and easy checkout"
I ordered from revolve.com and the checkout was smooth overall. My cart updated without any issues, payment went through fast, and I liked being able to see the shipping options before I placed the order. No random errors or pages taking forever to load, which was nice. I got my confirmation email pretty much right away too. Super simple experience, I’d definitely order again...

"Tracking made no sense"
I ordered from Revolve and the tracking was all over the place. One minute it said my package was out for delivery, and then somehow it was showing up in another city again, which was super confusing and made no sense.
I reached out to customer service and they were polite, but the replies felt kind of like robots answering emails instead of someone actually looking into it. My order did eventually show up, just later than expected, so it wasn’t a disaster, just frustrating.

"Package arrived in perfect condition"
I was so happy when my revolve order showed up. The box was in perfect shape, nothing was crushed, and everything inside was wrapped really nicely and clean. Nothing leaked or looked messy at all, which was such a relief. It just felt good opening a package that was taken care of so well.
